Joseph Sisser serves as the Head of Finance & Accounting at State Street Capital, where he oversees the firm’s overall financial operations, accounting management, financial reporting, and tax compliance functions. Prior to joining State Street Capital, Joseph held senior finance roles at multinational investment funds and private investment firms, building more than 15 years of experience in financial management and investment fund accounting.

Throughout his career, Joseph has specialized in private investments, real estate funds, private equity funds, and alternative asset management. He has played a key role in fund structure design, portfolio financial management, capital calls and distributions, quarterly financial reporting, and investor reporting processes. His expertise includes complex investment accounting structures, financial consolidation, asset valuation, fund audit coordination, and regulatory compliance requirements. Joseph works closely with investment teams, asset management professionals, external auditors, and tax advisors to ensure the firm’s financial operations remain accurate, efficient, and fully compliant.
