Jesse Buchanan currently serves as the Senior Legal Assistant & Transaction Coordinator at State Street Capital. As a key member of the firm’s legal team, he brings over 20 years of experience supporting complex real estate and commercial transactions. He plays an essential role in acquisitions, financing activities, and investment transactions, working closely with legal counsel, finance teams, asset management professionals, and investment specialists to ensure each transaction is executed efficiently and completed according to schedule.

Prior to joining State Street Capital, Jesse held legal assistant and transaction coordination roles with several real estate development companies and law firms, where he developed extensive expertise in commercial real estate, office properties, industrial assets, and multifamily residential transactions. Throughout his career, he has supported the completion of hundreds of acquisitions, dispositions, refinancing transactions, and asset restructuring initiatives, representing a total transaction value of several billion dollars. With his deep industry experience, Jesse effectively manages legal documentation, coordinates transaction timelines, and provides critical risk management support throughout every stage of the closing process.
